A futurist and healthcare exec with more than two decades leading change and innovation, both in the C-Suite and at the helm of non-profits, Monica sees possibility where others shrink away.

As the CEO of New Phase Partners, Monica works with Bold Visionaries who are reimagining business and healthcare. They are designing humanistic and purposeful workplaces with new systems and ways of operating. She’s an energetic and sought-after speaker and writer and is the author of the award-winning book The Change Code modeling for leaders worldwide how to catalyze, connect, and stay curious.

Monica has more than twenty years of experience in healthcare leadership positions, including nearly ten years leading national rural healthcare transformation programs for critical access hospitals.

She has a master’s degree in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, and completed the MBA Foundations program at the University of Montana.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Monica practicing yoga, snuggling her rescue dogs, and spending time with her family. Monica believes we each have a duty to leave the world a little better than we found it.
